Frequently Asked Questions

For
Classic Wedding Fairs, It
certainly is recommended to pre-register and pre-pay! It saves
you money to pre-pay your admission! Especially if you are
attending with a group! Brocade usually offers many exclusive
incentives, savings and opportunities than non-registering
Brides don’t receive. Plus, you don’t have to take the time to
fill out the registration form at our check-in Desk on the Day
of your Fair. We certainly do accept walk-up Brides, but there
may be delays if we sell out or have long lines. Pre-registered,
pre-paid Brides (at least 72 hours in advance) do get
preferential treatment.

For
Venue Showcase
Dinners, it is ABSOLUTELY
NECESSARY to pre-register and
PRE-PAY admission! As the Chefs at the
various venues need to know how many attendees to prepare dinner
for, we must have a firm count of Brides and their accompanying
Guests at least 72 hours in advance of any Dinner Date. Only a
VERY LIMITED amount of non-pre-paying walk-up guests will be
seated for dinner. All must have pre-registered online. Once
Dinner Capacity is full, no other attendees will receive dinner
with their admission. Limited walk-up Dinner capacity is
different at every Venue and rarely will exceed five Brides and
their guests. Walk-up Seating is strictly on a first come, first
served basis.

Do the
Fairs Cost money to attend?
Yes, for
Classic Wedding
Fairs, the cost is usually between
$10 and $15 Cash Admission per person, depending on the Venue of
each Fair. However, every Bride receives a complimentary
3 day / 2 night
Las Vegas Getaway for Two with
fully paid Admission plus a Savings package that has Coupons
and/or lists of Discounts for every Bride featuring $1000’s of
dollars of Savings Value. These are exclusive Brocade Wedding
Fair Features that more than offset our low Cash Admission
costs.

Every
Venue Showcase
Dinner usually costs between $15 &
$25 per person and may be even higher depending on quality,
venue and special attractions that may be included in the
evening’s schedule. You are REQUIRED TO
PRE-REGISTER &
PRE-PAY ONLINE to hold any reservation at least 72 hours in
advance of any Dinner Date. Only
very limited
Dinner seating capacity (if any) is held for day of event,
walk-up Brides. If seating capacity is reached, full admissions
are still charged for walk-up Brides, but no dinner will be
included. Dinner capacity seating is strictly on first come,
first served basis

After
receiving our Trip at a Classic Wedding Fair, do we book our
Las Vegas Getaway through
you?
No. The
trips are arranged through a promotional travel company who
handles all the travel arrangements. Some date & travel
restrictions do apply, so simply follow the instructions on the
Travel certificate and the Travel Company with get you taken
care of. All of the Vegas details are on the Certificate and we
assume no travel responsibilities. Travel Promotions are usually
only available at Wedding Fairs, not Venue Showcase Dinners.

If we
have other Admission Discounts for a Classic Wedding Fair, can
we still get a Las Vegas
Trip?
No. The
Vegas Getaways are only available with a FULLY PAID admission to
a Fair. If you have other discount Admission Coupons you may
choose to use them in lieu of receiving a Trip. But we usually
don’t combine offers unless they are specially co-advertised.
Brides
who pre-register Online are sometimes sent extra combined offers
that they must present receipt of in order to receive the
combined offer at the Fair registration desk.

Do
Friends, Family & Children pay admission also?
Yes. For
Classic Wedding
Fairs, everyone appearing to be
adult must pay full admission, however any small Children under
13 get in FREE! We do
recommend that you come with adult family & friends so you can
truly enjoy all the fair has to offer and shop in a relaxed,
undistracted environment. However, we also know that isn’t
always possible, so Kids are Free at Wedding Fairs.
For
Venue Showcase
Dinners, You are attending to
seriously consider booking a Venue to host your Wedding. These
are decisions that require the attendance of Bride, Groom and
Financially engaged Family Members (if involved in paying for
the Wedding.) This is usually not a time to be distracted. As
the Venue is also preparing dinner for all in attendance, all
attendees regardless of age will be served dinner and are
expected to pay in full.

Are we required
to buy anything at any show?
No, the
Classic Wedding
Fairs are designed for you to
attend, shop and compare prices from Booth to Booth or even Show
to Show! Our Vendors offer great discounts at every booth to
help you Save Money on your Wedding! Some people come
just to collect ideas. Some come to sign up for multiple goods
and services. It’s Up to you what you wish to buy or participate
in.
At
Venue Showcase
Dinners, you have done your part
by PRE-PAYING your
admission. The Venue is going to decorate, cook, serve and try
to impress you enough for you to book your Wedding at their
location. However, if for whatever reason, you are not impressed
or you simply want to visit more Venues before making a
decision, this is COMPLETELY your Choice! There are no
obligations. The Hosting Location only asks that you still be in
need of a Venue for your Ceremony and/or Reception and you give
them a chance to impress you.

Can we come to
a Venue Showcase and not have Dinner?
Certainly, but the
Admission Cost is still the same and must be pre-paid. Whether
you eat or not is up to you. In the event you did not Pre-Pay
your admission online at least 72 hours in advance and walk-up
to pay on the day of the Venue Showcase Dinner, the venue may
run out of dinner seating and prepared food. You would then be
charged “Day of” or “At the Door Admission Price” but would
not be guaranteed a Dinner. It is always a risk to not
Pre-Pay at least 72 hours in advance.

Does
Parking Cost?
Some
Hotels and Venues have lots of
FREE parking and paid Parking. If
available free parking is full, you must use the paid parking
areas. We do try to negotiate discount parking for all of our
Brides, but each Venue has its own policies. We will try to list
Parking styles and costs on each Fair’s Date & Map page.
