As part of that process, we may share your information with the participating exhibitors (“Exhibitors”) or professionals who sign up with Bay Area Wedding Fairs and its affiliates. You might receive offers and other relevant information from above mentioned by phone, email, text or other means. However they are required by law to clearly give an unsubscribe (opt out) option when sending such offers. By attending the fair, you authorize Bay Area Wedding Fairs, its staff and its Exhibitors to take pictures of you and your party. Those pictures may be shared on social media, print and/or online.

Your information may also be used for many other reasons, including but not limited to: Develop new features and services, to protect your privacy by adding extra security layer to keep unauthorized access from this site and to protect our rights and assets.

Opt In & Opt Out:

When registering at this site, you have the right to opt in or opt out of disclosing your personal information as mentioned in the registration form. If you decide to Opt out of disclosing your personal information, you are still welcome to attend our wedding fairs without registering on the website.

Attending Event:

Purchasing this Ticket provides entrance for one person into a Bay Area Wedding Fair. All Ticket sales are final unless pre-approved by Bay Area Wedding Fairs. Bay Area Wedding Fairs reserves the right to permit or refuse entrance for any reason it deems detrimental to the Event. Once the attendee enters the Event they acknowledge that the attendee/ticket holder is not covered by any liability policy or entity and agrees to hold Bay Area Wedding Fairs harmless for any physical, emotional, financial or any other form of damages as a result of attending the Event. Individual Exhibitors have sole responsibility of their personal, physical, promotional or financial interactions with each attendee/ticket holder. Bay Area Wedding Fairs may advertise certain attractions or promotions that due to circumstances beyond its control may not be available at any specific event. These promotions or prizes have no cash value. Last Minute Changes are due to exhibitor/provider failures and not Bay Area Wedding Fairs. No Refunds or remedies are available in these cases. Attendee must be a Bride or Groom to qualify for Prizes and Giveaways. We are not liable for any services and products that are included in the promotions, prizes and giveaways that are not rendered as promised. Bay Area Wedding Fairs does not guarantee the delivery of those products and services.

Attendees must obey all laws and may be subject to the host property’s security requests. Failure to adhere to these requests and/or failure to abide by the rules stated herein may result in ejection from the event with no possibility of refund. Enjoy the Event!

To make your event planning experience more efficient, we expand our reach to the social networking site (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.). These site are third party sites and we have no control over their privacy policies and or terms of use.

To better assist you, we may also reach out to you via Text Messages (Data and or messages rates may apply). By registering with Bay Area Wedding Fairs and PoshProfiles, you opt in to this service, in addition to email marketing.
