Bay Area Wedding Fairs has lined up Ceremony & Reception Wedding Venues around the Bay Area who want to host brides and their guests to a preview their venue and sample showcase dinners. These shows are also open to anyone wanting to come and shop for any wedding needs. The Preview Dinners are primarily for venue seekers but ALL brides are welcome to attend. The More, The Merrier! Whether its A Boutique Hotel, A Country Club, An Outdoor Garden setting, A Classic Meeting Hall or Event Center, or even A Historic Estate, you can tour and dine at various Wedding Venues around the bay area.
You simply pay about the same price you would to go out to any normal restaurant dinner and the venue will design a full evening for you to tour their decorated facility and meet with exclusive wedding professionals to plan your Big Day at their location. Your Food will be cooked by the chef who will do your wedding. Your Meal will be served by the staff who will do your wedding. You really will get a true feel, look and taste of what your wedding will be like if you select their venue to host your wedding. Here's a basic itinerary:
6:00pm Brides & Guests arrive and enjoy a gathering time
6:30pm All tour venue and talk to wedding professionals
7:30pm Everyone is seated & dinner is served
8:15pm Cake cutting & toast
8:30pm Brides conclude shopping for venue & services
There is no obligation to sign up for any Venue or any Service. You attend as many Venues and Dinners as needed until you find your perfect match!
