As part of that process, we may share your information with the participating exhibitors (“Exhibitors”) or professionals who sign up with Bay Area Wedding Fairs and its affiliates. You might receive offers and other relevant information from those mentioned by phone, email, text, or other means. However, they are required by law to clearly give an unsubscribe (opt-out) option when sending such offers.

By attending the fair, you authorize Bay Area Wedding Fairs, its staff, and its Exhibitors to take pictures of you and your party. Those pictures may be shared on social media, print, and/or online.

Your information may also be used for many other reasons, including but not limited to: developing new features and services, protecting your privacy by adding extra security layers to prevent unauthorized access, and protecting our rights and assets.

Opt In & Opt Out

When registering at this site, you have the right to opt in or opt out of disclosing your personal information as mentioned in the registration form. If you decide to opt out of disclosing your personal information, you are still welcome to attend our wedding fairs without registering on the website.

Cookies & IP Address

To make your browsing experience smoother and faster, we deploy “Cookies” on this site. Cookies are files stored on your device which recognize you when you visit the site again. This is a common practice across many websites.

Our hosting servers may also collect your IP address, which identifies your internet connection (Internet Service Provider).

Attending Event

Purchasing a ticket provides entrance for one person into a Bay Area Wedding Fair. All ticket sales are final unless pre-approved by Bay Area Wedding Fairs. Bay Area Wedding Fairs reserves the right to permit or refuse entrance for any reason it deems detrimental to the event.

Once the attendee enters the event, they acknowledge that they are not covered by any liability policy or entity and agree to hold Bay Area Wedding Fairs harmless for any physical, emotional, financial, or other damages as a result of attending the event.

Individual Exhibitors are solely responsible for their personal, physical, promotional, or financial interactions with attendees.

Some advertised attractions or promotions may not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. These promotions or prizes have no cash value. Last-minute changes are due to Exhibitor/provider failures and not Bay Area Wedding Fairs. No refunds or remedies are available in these cases.

Attendees must be a Bride or Groom to qualify for prizes and giveaways. We are not liable for any services or products included in promotions that are not rendered as promised.

Attendees must obey all laws and follow the host property's security requests. Failure to do so may result in ejection with no refund.

Social Networking & Digital Marketing

To make your event planning experience more efficient, we expand our reach to social networking sites (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). These platforms are third-party sites, and we have no control over their privacy policies or terms of use.

To better assist you, we may also reach out to you via text messages (data or message rates may apply). By registering with Bay Area Wedding Fairs and PoshProfiles, you opt in to text and email marketing.
